Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Office Assistant & Officer Scale-I: Graduation in any discipline.
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): Graduation with 50% marks + 2 years of experience.
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist): Degree/Diploma in IT, Law, CA, Marketing, Agriculture etc. + work experience.
- Officer Scale-III: Graduation with 50% marks + 5 years of managerial experience.
Age Limit (as on 01.06.2025)
- Office Assistant: 18 – 28 years
- Officer Scale-I: 18 – 30 years
- Officer Scale-II: 21 – 32 years
- Officer Scale-III: 21 – 40 years
Selection Process
- Office Assistant: Prelims + Mains
- Officer Scale-I: Prelims + Mains + Interview
- Officer Scale-II & III: Single Exam + Interview
Salary Details
The salary for these posts is very good. A Clerk/Assistant gets between ₹35,000 to ₹37,000 per month. An Officer (Scale I) earns about ₹75,000 to ₹77,000. For Officer Scale-II, the pay is ₹65,000 to ₹67,000. An Officer Scale-III receives the highest salary, which is between ₹80,000 to ₹90,000 per month.

How to Apply for IBPS RRB 2025
The application process for IBPS RRB 2025 will be completely online. Candidates can follow the steps below:
Visit the official website
- Go to www.ibps.in
Click on the IBPS RRB 2025 Notification link
- On the homepage, find the “CRP RRBs” section and click on the “Apply Online” link for your desired post (Office Assistant/Officer Scale).
Complete Registration
- Click on “New Registration.”
Enter basic details like name, mobile number, and email ID.
You will receive a registration number and password on your mobile/email.
Fill the Application Form
Log in using your registration number and password.
Fill in personal details, educational qualification, and work experience (if applicable).
- Upload Documents
- Upload scanned copies of:
- Passport-size Photograph
- Signature
- Left Thumb Impression
- Handwritten Declaration (as per the official format)
- Pay Application Fee
Use Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/UPI to pay the application fee.
Fee details:
- ₹175 for SC/ST/PwBD
- ₹850 for General/OBC/EWS
